Identify Investment Opportunities

A syndicator sponsor is responsible for the management and day-to-day operations of a syndicated investment. The syndicator sponsor typically sources, underwrites, and closes the investment on behalf of the investor group.

One of the most important duties of a syndicator sponsor is finding investment opportunities. In order to find assets that will bring true value to investors, syndicator sponsors must maintain a large network of brokers, property owners, or anyone who can bring a lead to them and actively communicate with them.

They must also analyze hundreds of deals to find the one that is right for their syndicate. By carefully performing these due diligence activities, syndicator sponsors can help ensure that their investments are successful.

Acquire the asset

Once an asset is identified, we work with the syndicator sponsor to get the legal entities, paperworks, and PPM completed. Next, we get the loan and sponsors identified and completed. Finally, we raise the funds necessary with our investors to get to closing.

We have a team of professionals that is engaged to assist in the acquisition of the asset, including attorneys, accountants, and investment bankers.

We work closely with all parties to ensure that all details are taken care of and that the entire process goes smoothly.

As a sponsor, we are responsible for making sure the assets are well managed and that the syndicate meets its financial goals. A good asset manager will have a deep understanding of the business plan and will work closely with all parties to make sure that the assets are performing as expected.

Asset management is an important part of any syndication success, and we take pride in our ability to excel at this critical task. By working closely with our team members and providing frequent reporting, we help ensure that our syndicate meets its financial goals and provide a high level of satisfaction for our investors.

We are the ones who execute the business plan whether is to do the rehab on the value-added property or to complete the entitlement while acquiring land or to develop new properties.

We, the sponsor of the syndication, are responsible for certain aspects of the business plan, and it is us who must ensure that all facets of the plan are executed in order to deliver value to investors.

This includes completing any necessary due diligence, obtaining entitlements, and overseeing construction and asset management. While each project will have its own unique set of challenges, we have been able to navigate these challenges and deliver exceptional results.

Dispose the asset and distribute the profit

After we executed a business plan, we need to complete what is known as an exit. The most common exits are either a refinance or sale of the asset. In either case, we, the syndicator or sponsor will need to dispose of the asset and distribute the profits to the investors.

The first step in disposing of an asset is to find a buyer who is willing to pay the desired price. Once a buyer has been found, we will negotiate a sales contract and then complete the sale. After the sale has been completed, we will then distribute the profits to the investors according to the terms of their investment agreement.

While there are many different ways to exit a business plan, a refinance or sale are by far the most common. We follow all the necessary steps to ensure a successful exit for both our investors and ourselves.
